Service Description: Polygons displaying Subdivisions and property developments within the City of El Paso, Texas. The subdivision and/or development of land, as it affects a community's quality of life, is an activity where regulation is a valid function of municipal government. Through the application of these regulations, the interests of public and private parties are protected by the granting of certain rights and privileges. By establishing a fair and rational procedure for developing land, the requirements in this title further the possibility that land will be developed in accordance with existing physical, social, economic and environmental conditions.
