Service Description: The footprint features are digitized polygons for all habitable structures. Initially digitized by El Paso Water Utilities (EPWU) from 2003 aerial images, the footprints were then revised and updated by the GIS Team as part of the 2010-2013 UTEP inter-local agreement.
