for instructions on how to find a streetís Pavement Condition Index.

In 2008, the City of El Paso studied the condition of the roadway surface or pavement for all of its streets. The results were incorporated into a Pavement Condition Index (PCI), which assigns a numerical rating to street segments. The ratings from the 2008 report, which is the most recent study available, are used to determine maintenance and rehabilitation needs for each street segment. The City is currently working on rehabilitating streets with a numerical rating of 41 and below.
